Located near Trastevere, one of Rome’s most vibrant and historic districts, Colosseo BnB & Apartments offers the perfect base to explore the city.
The Gianicolense/Ramazzini bus stop is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. We are approximately 25 km from Ciampino Airport and close to attractions like Mercato dell’Usato Portaportese del 2000.
For families, Circus Maximus, just 2.1 miles away, is a must-see. Other notable landmarks, such as the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls and Castel Sant’Angelo, are within a 10-minute drive.
For added convenience, private parking is available nearby at an additional cost.

"The location was perfect, surrounded by fantastic local restaurants, and every morning started with a delicious coffee and cornetto at a lovely nearby café run by wonderful people.
The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed.
Cristiano was in touch with us throughout the entire stay, always helpful, kind, and supportive — even until the very last moment.

"I don't know where to start.
Cristiano is really nice, charming, super friendly.
The room is great, I had it with a private bathroom and I loved it, very comfortable. We had breakfast included, which was offered to us at a bar 30 seconds from the accommodation.
The owner was super nice and the breakfast was delicious (a quick cup of coffee). I would definitely stay there again. Very well connected to the center by tram or bus."

Yes. Check-in is available from 3 PM to 10 PM. An additional fee of €30 per room applies for check-ins between 10 PM and midnight. Please note that check-ins or arrivals are not permitted from midnight to 10 AM.
Yes, late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Please inform us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
You can store your luggage with us on your arrival or departure day between 10 AM and 10 PM.
